Clay Back to School Bash - FREE Back-to-School PHYSICALS with Emmanuel Project 6/26

In partnership Clay Back to School Bash, Emmanuel Project will be offering a FREE Back-to-School Clinic, providing school and sports physicals, vaccinations and the required school entry forms.

We are looking for volunteers to welcome children and families. Maintain a table for Emmanuel Project at the Thrasher-Horne location informing  attendees about free school physicals being provided across the street and handing out flyers about our services.

High demand for Licensed Medical Professionals: Physicians, PA’s, APRN’s, RN’s Medical Assistants, CNA’s, etc. and volunteer medical office front desk support.

All licensed medical professionals are covered under Sovereign Immunity with Florida’s Department of Health.  *Steps to be taken and signatures needed, prior to day of event.
