Mercy is built on the premise, “A Hand Up, Not a Hand Out". Mercy helps guide individuals and families from a temporary crisis to permanent self-sufficiency. ​​ Our Self-Sufficiency Programs are designed to assist displaced families in Clay County with supportive housing, financial training, life skills building, and accountability. Through Mercy’s program these families experience a triumphant journey to self sufficiency, which creates generational change. ​​ Mercy Support Services excels at being a continuum of care that is consistent until clients reach self-sufficiency. Additionally, we are a family of caring, heartfelt people who are passionate about treating our clients with respect and dignity as they regain hope and begin to dream again.
