Volunteer: Impact Clay Train, Green Cove Springs Jr. High School - 12/20The Impact Clay Train's next stop will be at Green Cove Springs Jr. High School on December 20th. We look forward to continuing to connect the community to mobile neighborhood care teams comprised of healthcare professionals and community workers. They each play a crucial role in improving healthcare and social services access with positive outcomes in local communities.
