The upcoming Scottish Athletics Master World Championship is excited to share these volunteer event opportunities with Clay County from 10/3-10/7.
About the MWC Event:
This event will occur at the Clay County Fairgrounds in Green Cove Springs, FL, on October 5-6. Over 200 athletes from across the globe who are 40 years old and above will participate in the championship to win the title of World Champion in their respective age divisions. The event will also feature a festival with food, merchandise, Clans, and entertainment.
Volunteer Info:
For those interested in volunteering, this is an excellent opportunity for large groups and those needing Bright Future Hours. That said, for those under 16, a parent or legal guardian will be required to volunteer with them.

Volunteer Shifts:
Thursday 10/3- Event Setup
First Shift: 8am-12pm (50 Volunteers)
Second Shift: 12pm-4pm (50 Volunteers)
Volunteer Jobs: field prep, banquet area, stage, vendor areas, etc.
*Volunteer jobs will be a mix of both inside and outside
*If you are volunteering outside, sunblock is recommended
Friday 10/4- Event Setup
First Shift: 8 am-12pm (50 Volunteers)
Second Shift: 12pm - 4pm (50 Volunteers)
Volunteer Jobs: field prep, banquet area, stage set up, tent crew, athlete check-in, program booth, etc.
*Volunteer jobs will be a mix of both inside and outside
*If you are volunteering outside, sunblock is recommended
Saturday 10/5- Event Day
First Shift: 8am-12pm (60 Volunteers)
Second Shift: 12pm-4pm (60 Volunteers)
Volunteer Jobs: ticket booth sales, kids' area, highland cows area, stage crew, competition scorekeepers, etc.
*Volunteer jobs will be a mix of both inside and outside

Sunday 10/6- Event Day
First Shift: 8am-12pm (60 Volunteers)
Second Shift: 12pm-4pm (60 Volunteers)
Volunteer Jobs: ticket booth sales, kids' area, highland cows area, stage crew, competition scorekeepers, etc.

Monday 10/7- Cleanup Day
First Shift: 8am-12pm (50 Volunteers)
