We’re looking for dedicated volunteers to help create a welcoming and memorable event from start to finish. Volunteers will serve from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and play a key role in making the day a success—assisting with event setup, guiding attendees to table areas, helping manage trash throughout the event (because there is always trash!), and supporting cleanup once the day concludes. As a thank-you for your time and service, volunteers will also be provided a meal during the event. Every task, from the first table set to the final piece of cleanup, helps create a warm and inviting space where community can gather and connect. Be part of something meaningful on November 14th and help make The Longest Table a truly unforgettable experience!
