We assess a homeowner and home for possible qualification for county programs, and encourage them to apply to those if possible. However, some homeowners fall in the gaps of those programs and still need assistance. In that case, we may invite a homeowner into our homeowner program where we match their investment and provide them with a care coach to help set and meet goals so that they can maintain their homes in the future. We volunteers with construction, handy-man skills, and we need volunteers who are comfortable acting as a mentor or coach for homeowners as they set and work towards goals. Background check required.
