Opportunities From: Clay County Volunteer Services

New volunteers must attend the Clay County Volunteer Orientation first to qualify in signing up as a Green Cove Springs Library Volunteer.  Please contact us to schedule your library site training date and time. To RSVP for training, contact the Green Cove Springs Library at 904-284-6315. *Court Mandated Service volunteers will be assessed on a case by case basis. Library volunteers are often needed for: Patron Assistance Search for and locate materials Help patrons print from library computers Assist at self-checkout machines Collection Maintenance Sort and shelve material Inspect material for weeding/replacement Sort and inspect donations Pull reserved items Programs and Events Direct patrons Set up and break down Assist with stations (registration table, snack table, etc.) Track attendance Answer patron questions Craft Projects
