We are honored to host Community Care Day, a heartfelt community outreach event taking place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Vera Francis Hall Park in Green Cove Springs, Florida.

This special initiative is dedicated to bringing hope, compassion, and support to individuals and families throughout Clay, Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, and Baker Counties by connecting them with free healthcare services, social service resources, educational materials, and community support. As we prepare for this impactful day of service, we are warmly seeking caring and compassionate volunteers who are willing to donate their time, talents, and helping hands to assist us throughout the event.

Many of the individuals we hope to serve, including senior citizens, veterans, low-income families, children, and individuals experiencing homelessness, often face tremendous barriers such as transportation challenges, financial hardships, and limited access to care and resources. With the support of dedicated volunteers, we can help make this day welcoming, organized, meaningful, and life-changing for those in need.

Volunteers will play an important role in helping with event setup, greeting attendees, assisting families, distributing book bags and community resources, guiding participants to service areas, supporting vendors and healthcare providers, and helping ensure that every individual feels seen, valued, and cared for. No act of kindness is too small, and every volunteer makes a difference. Whether you can serve for a few hours or the entire day, your presence will help bring comfort, encouragement, and hope to our community. We truly believe this event is more than a community gathering; it is a mission of love, unity, and service. It would be a tremendous blessing and honor to have you join us as we come together to make a lasting and meaningful impact in the lives of our neighbors and community families.
