Our mobile medical unit allow us to bring essential healthcare to where medical care is needed. To provide medical care and meeting patients where they live, traveling beyond the County the lines of Northeast Florida. Reaching rural and underserved areas, effectively removing barriers such as transportation, available medical providers and limited access to medical facilities. By meeting individuals where they are, we bridge gaps in healthcare access and enhance the overall well-being of our community members. We serve a diverse patient population, including children, adults, veterans, individuals with disabilities, the unhoused, and working families who earn too much to qualify for government assistance, yet struggle to afford healthcare premiums or copays.

Our services encompass primary care, pediatrics, preventive care, chronic disease management, health education, mental fitness services, and community outreach.

Our efforts impact health outcomes, save governmental healthcare dollars, reduce inpatient stays, and decrease emergency room visits. By providing access to healthcare, we bridge gaps and improve community health.

Emmanuel Project of Northeast Florida is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit mobile medical clinic with a team of compassionate medical professionals dedicated to meeting people where they are and providing essential care to both patients and underserved areas. Our mission is to ensure that children, adults, and families receive the healthcare they need. We provide quality, no-cost medical care to those without health insurance, in between healthcare coverage or lack access to healthcare services.

At Emmanuel Project, we’re not giving handouts. We’re offering a hand and hope. Because, we believe that when people are healthy, they can work, care for their families, and begin to stand strong again. Everyone deserves the chance to be well enough to live, work, and thrive
