Aging True

In 2019 Aging True expanded its services to serve the residents of Clay County. We aim to ensure that as many seniors as possible receive the care and they deserve, and that's why all of the Healthcare, Homecare, and Nutrition services offered by Aging True are also available in Clay County. Additionally, Clay County Senior Services of Aging True offers our Adult Day Health Care Program exclusively in Clay County, along with four senior centers.

The cultural, educational, and social activities at our four centers are organized for active, engaged citizens 60 years of age and over and for seniors with disabilities. We have centers based out of Green Cove Springs, Orange Park, Middleburg, and Keystone Heights. Every Senior Center offers activities focused on education, wellness, and social interaction. There are no fees to attend the senior centers! The activities and programs are custom selected for each community center according to the needs and interests of the seniors who attend. Please contact the center nearest you for more information about specific programs, activities, or schedules. Hot, nutritionally balanced meals are offered daily at all four centers. These meals meet at least one-third of the current daily Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA). Some centers may also offer breakfast.
